3. Booking and Payments

3.1 Payments must be made in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise stated.

3.2 Cancellation policies:

• Cancellations made more than 12 hours before an event will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations within 8 hours of the event are non-refundable.

4. Liability

4.1 Participants engage in all activities at their own risk.

4.2 Arista Yoga is not responsible for injuries, allergic reactions, or other incidents arising from participation.

5. Conduct

5.1 Participants are expected to maintain respect for staff and other attendees.

5.2 Disruptive or unlawful behavior will result in removal from programs without a refund.

6. Privacy

6.1 Personal information collected during bookings is used solely for providing services and will not be shared without consent.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All content, including logos, materials, and services, is the intellectual property of Arista Yoga. Reproduction or distribution without permission is prohibited.
