Arista Yoga & Holistic Wellness Group is a wellness studio that offers youth and adults wellness programs, corporate wellness programs, and women's health programs. Our programs are designed to assist each individual on their wellness journey in small group sessions. We provide support in flexibility, mobility, nutrition, rejuvenation, detoxification, emotional harmony, mental clarity, stress management and resiliency. Our mission is to help you maintaining a blissful lifestyle. In addition, we offer one on one Holistic Health and Wellness Services, Educational Workshops, Events and Retreats.
Yoga is a powerful practice that combines physical movement, breathwork, and meditation to promote overall health and well-being. Our experienced instructors offer classes for all levels, from beginners to advanced students.

Womb Yoga consists of a series of 69 poses. Dance of the Womb consists of 39 movements. Together there are 108 movements and poses of rejuvenation, tranquility and celebration. Every movement in Dance of the Womb (Abu Em Khat) and pose in Womb Yoga has a healing message, meaning and purpose.
